Last year, I celebrated my 30th birthday. I like the 80s and I love zombies, so I decided to combine the two, just for fun. It was a great time. I will post more pictures of it later. I even designed and made a zombie apocalypse Clue style board game. However, since it's almost Halloween and people will be having parties, I wanted to share some of the simple, yet fun food & drinks I had at the party. In my next post, I will share how I made a zombie bite on my arm for my party using flour, water, and paint.
This was so cute! The bowl has veggie dip. The rest was just cutting up vegetables and placing them where it worked. And the hair is a piece of lettuce.
I made a 7-layer dip. Re-fried beans, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and black olives. Then I added a little plastic ice cream spoon, from the Dollar Tree. The little plastic cups also came from the Dollar Tree.
I found this plastic jello mold in the shape of a brain at the dollar tree. Perfect! Brrrraaaaiiiinnnnsss!
Of course we had to have Zombie Bacardi. It was a zombie party after all. ;) On Amazon, I found brain shaped ice cubes. It was the perfect touch for the drinks! That's what is in the big bowl near the front. We also had strawberry daiquiris. Yum! Then I had fruit for garnish. And sugar rims!
